Thank you for your positive feedback on our service. We are so sorry to hear though that the recipient was less than happy with the pencil sketch.
As we convert from the original photo, sometimes the sketch may not render as expected and hoped for, and it is for this reason that we always send a visual proof for review before completing the order.
Having said that, we are always here to help and would be happy to look at the picture again to see if it can be improved, if you get in contact with us.
